Villa Laura is the residence where Maurizio's family, the current owner, spent their wonderful summer vacations. The marvelous small beach below, always peaceful and far from the crowd, witnessed the growth of Maurizio, his sisters, and later their children, during the long sunny summers of the past.
Currently, the family no longer uses it, and for this reason, Maurizio and his wife Vera have decided to make the two apartments that make up the house available to guests from all over the world.
This accommodation represents the opportunity to experience a typical Mediterranean vacation: sand, cliffs, sun, sea, and an endless horizon.
The house offers all the comforts both inside and outside, but what truly makes it unique is its privileged location, directly on the most enchanting beaches of Pizzo.
Studio located on a terrace a few meters from the sea, in the garden of a two-story semi-detached villa. It has a large equipped terrace from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view. Seeing the sun set over Stromboli while sipping an aperitif or dining on the terrace is priceless. At guests' disposal also a large sun terrace with shower close to the beach. The studio apartment has a large panoramic sea view terrace equipped with tables, chairs, sunbeds and awning. It consists of a single living area, totally overlooking the terrace, equipped with a double bed and convertible sofa bed, TV, cabinets, clothes stand, dining table and chairs and a kitchen area complete with fridge, oven, microwave, etc. A large bathroom, with shower and bidet and laundry area with washing machine, completes an essential but comfortable accommodation with a strong Mediterranean flavour. Villa Laura is located about 5 km from the Pizzo exit of the A2 "del Mediterraneo" motorway and about 2 km from the historic center of the city. Pizzo (VV) is easily reachable, as well as by car, via the international airport of Lamezia Terme, located about 27 km away, and by train at the railway stations of Vibo-Pizzo or Pizzo Marina. Parking for guests is available free of charge on the private road which gives access to the house. Guests are kindly requested to communicate in advance their expected time of arrival, their number and the desired combination of beds.
